7 Ways On How To Connect With Nature To Experience More Inner Peace, Clarity, And Purpose.

7 Mindfulness in Nature Tips for connecting with nature, yourself, and your purpose. Specifically designed for empaths, intuitives and lightworkers who are on this path or reconnecting with their True Authentic Self. Or shall we say “the journey of remembering?”

The best way to “get on your hustle” of aligning yourself with your True Self is actually taking a “step back.” Take a step back in order to step up. Step up in consciousness, self-awareness, inner peace, self-love, and purpose.

Mindfulness in nature is an amazing practice that can really help us to reconnect with our “inner self.” But in order to find that inner stillness, we first must bring our attention and awareness to the present moment. You find your essence in your presence.

The first 5 Mindfulness in nature tips is the basic foundation in order to experience more inner stillness. The 6th practice takes things really a bit further. However, without the discipline of number 7, all of the other practices won’t matter.

How To Really Connect With Nature With These 7 Mindfulness Practices:

Mindfulness In Nature Tip Nr 1: “Frame Your Perception.”

Look at your environment through the eyes of a photographer. See each landscape, flower, tree, etc as an image. Gaze into the distance and surrender to the awe and wonder.

Use your visual senses to explore the horizon which can make you feel are you part of something much greater. It can really stimulate the visual (right-side) of the brain which is needed to connect with the holistic element of life.

Practice nr 2; Connect With Nature By Paying Attention To Every Sound You Can Hear.

Mindfulness in nature is all about paying attention to what is. So what is happening right now? What can you hear? The wind blew through the leafs and the trees? A little insect buzzing around. The birds singing their song or a dog barking in the distance?

As much as we love the natural ambiance it’s quite possible you also pick up some man-made sounds. Is it a train blowing his horn? A motorway in the distance? An airplane in the sky or anything else?

Just bring your attention and awareness to that what is. Don’t resist anything just accept, embrace and allow it to come to your experience.

Remember it’s all about bringing your awareness to the present moment.

The Third Mindfulness In Nature Practice Is About Experiencing The Scents.

The forest is like an aromatherapy store. In a matter of fact if you enter an aromatherapy store all you can find are the scents collected from mother nature.

So whilst you are connecting to nature you can fully emerge in the aromatherapy provided by nature.

Tasting the beauty of nature. (Mindfulness in nature tip nr 4).

Eating mindfully is already practiced on its own. So yeah we can also bring this practice while we are connecting to nature.

In a typical forest bathing session, you can emerge yourself in the experience of tasting edible plants and fruits. However, it’s really important you bring your full awareness to the stimulation and sensation of taste. Like does the fruit taste sour or sweet? And really describe it.

Remember the whole purpose of this mindfulness in nature practice is about emerging yourself with your environment. Getting out of your head and into the present moment.

Awaken the sensitivity of touch. (Mindfulness in nature tip nr 5).

Our body is full of so-called sensors or energy centers. Let’s call them “meridians” for now. Normally we don’t really pay much attention to the feeling or sensation of touch.

So this invitation is really about bringing your full awareness to the sensitivity of touch. What does it really feel like to touch the crown of a plant or walk barefoot on the grass?

Connecting With Nature Through A Earth Meditation (Tip nr 6).

So far we have really made the connection with our external environment. The foundation is built to go deeper and further. Using our 5 basic senses of perceiving we have become more present in that what’s really happening.

Now we have given ourselves some time to close our eyes and pay even more attention to our breath. Inhale through the noise and feel how the breath is filling your forehead. Bring your full attention and awareness to the sensation of this very basic mindfulness meditation practice.

This simple yet very powerful practice can stimulate and open up our pineal gland or third eye chakra. Which can really help to “see beyond the veil” of what our 5 basic senses cannot.

How To Connect Even Deeper With Nature With Tip Nr 7.

You can go out into the physical world of nature itself. You can also go deeper and further to connect with the Spirits of The Earth. This is something I have been doing myself for many years. Until I reached a point and realized I had to make some adjustments.

Personally, I still felt a non-resonance with nature because nature didn’t exist in me. Meaning, that my nutrition was still a bit off.

You see a tree can only grow as far as the roots are grounded in the earth. Let’s say our consciousness, nervous system, mind, body, and spirit can also only grow as we are rooted in our own gut. Our gut is like the soil for our consciousness to grow.
