Discover “This One Thing” On How To Practice Self Love and Acceptance By Following Your Red Thread…

Learning, developing, or practicing Self Love and Acceptance is one of these things that never seem to have an end. I mean how does Self Love and Self Acceptance even look like? How would you be, do, or have when you have fully accepted yourself for who you truly are?

And of course, how do you have even practice or develop self-love and acceptance?

In my next video, I will share a powerful insight into practicing self-love and acceptance by following the “red thread” of your life.

Here is How To Develop More Self Love and Acceptance by following Your Red Thread.

When you have not fully accepted yourself for who you truly are.

When you have fully accepted yourself for who you truly are you know exactly what you want, what you stand for, your values, beliefs, what you are good at, and what you love and enjoy doing.

Perhaps it’s identifying Self Love and Acceptance a bit black and white but when you have not fully accepted yourself you do not recognize any of the above. Therefore you suffer!

You suffer because you do the complete opposite of who you truly are which is pure light, love consciousness. We all want to feel we belong to something bigger than ourselves like a drop of water in an ocean. When you feel disconnected from this Source (your own Source) you experience separation.

This feeling of separation is causing a lot of troubles in your life. Think about the constant power and control battles. Victimization, fear, anxieties, scarcity, and the list can go on and on.

What do I mean by following your Red Thread?

The red thread is just another name for following the breadcrumbs of your joy and bliss. Because living a life of joy and love is your ultimate purpose. How you want to do that is totally up to you!

If it sounds so simple then why are not many people doing this?

So the concept may sound very simple I can ensure you from personal life experience that it’s not easy at all! Still, I have many own inner battles of doubts, insecurities, laziness, etc.

However, we either walking away from something or towards something. We walk away from something by distracting ourselves to really dive deeper within. Getting in touch with our own intuitive nature for receiving these “signals” of light, love, and joy. What seems to make more sense and socially accepted is to be “very busy” in life. Well, how is that working so far for you spiritually?

We walk towards something if we practice on very regular basis mindfulness, meditation, and self-reflection work. Giving ourselves permission to move closer to our own nature. Our True Authentic Self. Who do you really want to become in life?

So How Do You Really Practice Self Love and Acceptance on a Daily Basis?

Again it’s this daily process of self-reflection. When you “do” something in your daily life because your subconscious mind told you to do so, because of whatever the reason might be.

Just reflect on this and look closer to the intentions behind it. Why do you do what you do? How does it make you feel when you are doing that activity? What does it bring you? Do you get any signals from your outside world that indicates you are on the right path? Think about recognization and appreciation from other people. Does it make you feel more authentic, satisfied, and fulfilled?

By aligning yourself with higher vibes of joy, love, and fulfillment you automatically accept yourself (check out this Love or Above Masterclass). The reason you will do so is that this is your natural state of being. It’s just your conditioning that puts you off track.

So Self Love and Self Acceptance ain’t an activity, it’s recognizing your “State of Being.”

You can’t really write the practice of Self Love and Acceptance on your “To-Do List.” There is nothing to it and there is no How To go from here to there. Because this practice doesn’t really exist in your linear thought process. It’s all about becoming present in your essence.

Learn to accept your gifts of joy. If you are like me a highly sensitive, intuitive, and empathic dude in his early 30th then it can become quite a challenge for accepting that. Because men have to be tough, rational, and action-driven in order to be masculine. Therefore having a spiritual practice and turn that into your work just doesn’t make any sense, right?

Because spirituality is overall a bit more identified as feminine. I mean overall there are more women consuming my content than men, so perhaps that explains.

However, by learning to accept these intuitive gifts I slowly grow closer to my purpose and what I am really meant to do here. So now it’s up to you!
