How To Practice Self Love And Self Acceptance by NOT trying to look for anything or learn anything new…

Some say “Home is where the heart is at,” and this “home” is of course the feeling of unconditional love for yourself, others and the things you do. So how can you tap into that feeling and how can you experience that more often?

When you tap into that feeling of unconditional self love you can experience a greater sense of belonging, connection, self acceptance, peace, presence, harmony and abundance. That feeling state is actually our original state of being or “blueprint.” So what happened that we lost touch with that state of being or forgot how to feel in that way?

Commit To The Journey of Re-Membering And Let Go Of Trying To Seek Something.

The practice of self love and self acceptance is more a journey of remembering your original state of being. That state of being is of course unconditional love. That’s our true nature, essence or True Self. However what happened is that we had to learn to adapt to our environment. That environment sometimes contained lower consciousness such as fear, shame guilt, feelings of lack and scarcity etc. As we grew older we stored all our previous experiences and created a self image or identity. That identity has various beLIEves, thoughts and emotions on how it want to perceive itself in relation to others. This is also called the ego. That part of you is much more concerned with your basic needs for survival.

Knowing you have that part, accept it, embrace it and become aware of it can help you to see it as it is without any judgement. This is how you can raise in consciousness and connect or Re-Member (Re-Unite) with your True Self. The process of raising your vibrational frequency to Love or Above is what some like to call this.

“What To Do In Order To Practice Self Love And Self Acceptance.”

Our mind is so obsessed with “doing stuff” that sometimes we don’t know “how to just be” anymore. Like I said getting in touch with your True Self or Essence which is unconditional love is sometimes “checking out” and “do this” instead;

Change your stressful environment that sometimes can be full with conditions and expectations to a more peaceful environment. During my video you saw how nature can help you to do so. The beauty of nature is fully presence. It doesn’t contain all the non-sense we as humans are so concerned about. The worries, stress and anxieties we made so real for ourselves. The essence of nature can help you to BE present.

Express your creativity. Find ways that you truly enjoy and love doing. Create simply for the joy of it without any conditions or expectations. Just do it for yourself. If someone some day gives you recognition and appreciation for it even better but it was never your goal.

If relaxing activities such as a Sauna, Spa, Reiki Healing, Yoga or Massage is more your cup of tea. Doing nothing is actually also doing something. You “Do Nothing”, hope that makes sense ;-).

Or maybe exciting activities are more your thing. Extreme sports, traveling, adventure, exploration, hiking or stuff that makes you feel alert and totally in the moment.

Or maybe you prefer to do cosy things. You prefer to buy nice and delicious ingredients from your local (organic) farmers market and spend several hours preparing a delicious meal for yourself, friends and/or family. This is also a way of expressing your creativity and nurturing your body.
