Or maybe you feel even angry at things you can’t control like how things work in our society, how other people behave, the economy, politics, religion, the monetary system, the health system or even at people who seems to have success and you don’t. How To Know If You Have Anger Issues Insight Number One; Ever Felt Regret?

Ever felt regret after your anger outbursts? Well that actually might be a good sign to know if you have anger issues. Also this can lead into a insight that something “ain’t quite right” and now you want to look for a solution. Most people stay stuck in their unconscious behaviors and patterns with little to no self awareness. Self Awareness is KEY for developing a life of Mental, Emotional and Spiritual Freedom.

Can Anger also be converted into something positive?

Anger & Frustration are Emotions. A E-motion is E(Energy) in Motion and YES this can be converted into something different. Also Emotions goes up and down. So a “Down” emotion such as anger can be transformed into a upward emotion such as a drive/desire to serve others for example. Also being angry ain’t that bad either because when you are feeling very apathetic and depressed you can use your Anger & Frustration to EXPRESS yourself. To learn how just keep on reading.

So What Do I Know About Anger & Frustration?

From my age of 10 years old I felt powerless about how things went in my childhood. From theHelp FIght Peace divorce of my parents, feelings of abandonment, the cases in courthouse regarding the custody, my child protection scheme from various social workers, how my farther came home always angry and frustrated and many more things. When I was in high-school I struggled with a lot of anger, frustration and even aggression. For no reason what so ever I just found ways to beat up other kids so I could prove “my power”. Something I could not experience at home. Eventually karma came around the corner and found me, ending me up with some bruises in my face. That was for me the moment where I decided to join a Kickboxing club not just to protect myself but also to release my own anger.

Did Boxing Really Cured All My Anger Issues?

It definitely helped me to release some physical tensions from my body and it also give me some peace of mind but I was still pretty far away from a Emotional Mature Man. When I 17 years old I came out of High-school. I only wanna to do one thing and that was to join the Dutch Marine Corps because fighting and surviving was already so familiar to me. Also to be away from home as far as possible played a big role for me. My farther disapproved this idea and encouraged me to go to college. Again I felt that my free will was taken away but eventually it brought me where I am today and of course I am very grateful for that.

From Anger, to Depression, to Anger to Depression. Will I Become Angry Again?

From Being Angry & Aggressive in High-school. Becoming Depressed in my Corporate Job after graduation. Becoming Angry at the school system, my employers, society, the monetary system while starting my own Online Affiliate Marketing Business to becoming Depressed again when coming to the conclusion that I was still not happy and fulfilled. What will I do next?

Until so far (until 2012/2013) I did nothing more then expressing my anger and frustration in the external world, looking for answers and solutions “out there”, yet that’s where I came back home completely empty-handed. So what’s next? I think you can guess but what started to work for me was to attend spiritual and personal development workshops, reading books regarding the topic, mindfulness and meditation. This really helped to dive deeper within and heal my spirit and soul from the things that caused the fragmentation.

They all seems to be successful at converting their warriors energy into something positive in the sense of serving and helping people, solving problems and inspiring millions of people around the world. So can you! Just be aware that you grow beyond “The Need For Proving Your Worth Through Accomplishments.” This kind of drive plays a very big role in young entrepreneurs with a “Boy Psychology.” Move beyond that and serve without a condition and without expectations. Serve for the freaking joy of service and creating!

Tip Number Three; Angry Because of What?

Why are you angry at your life and the world around you? Is it because you haven’t found your place in it? Haven’t found a connection with YOUR PURPOSE, Your Life’s Calling? It’s NOT the fault of the world you live in, neither it’s your fault! Just keep digging to connect with your joy and keep clearing the negativity that is not longer serving you!

The Universe will NOT always show you a clear and direct path that your mind wish to experience but it will show you answers and insights to what you have to clear first in order to move forward.   1. I don’t know why I always attract people who say things directly(Their personality is opposite from mine).
    I am doing my best, but they are not patient.
    Maybe that’s the way they talk, but being direct can hurt and offend people.
    If you receive a message that says,”The meal I had on the airplane was bad”, does it make you feel good?
    Of course not. He was the one who has chosen the airplane.
    The words he has chosen were too direct.
    Before I met him, I was worried.
    I was not sure if I could get along with him or not.
    I was thinking what if he hurt my feelings about my disability.
    He gave me a gift, and lunch and dinner were on him.
    While I was eating chocolates he gave me, it mede me weep.
    Maybe I was judging people with opposite personality from mine by moral.
    Maybe they don’t intend to hurt people.
    I was thinking about this all day long and I am kind of spacing out.
