The Indigo Warrior
The Indigo Warrior | What Is The Number One Issue With The Indigo Warrior? Discover My Number 1 Tip On Dealing With Indigo Children & Indigo Adults (Including Yourself)…
The Indigo Warrior refers to the New Age Concept Of Indigo Children & Indigo Adults. In Case you are not yet familiar with the Indigo Generation then I suggest you to check out my video about Indigo Children Traits & Characteristics. So what is going on with The Indigo Warrior? Why are they so rebellious? Why do they have such a fighters spirit which they do not always use in the right way?
In this video we have a look at the Indigo Warrior and why they seems to have so much of resistance against a whole lot of things. Resistance against our current political and economic systems. Or against various religions and the many believe systems people like to hold on to. Resistance against the monetary system or even money itself. Pushing against mundane tasks and boring routines such as the school system or having a job.
Personally I use to struggle a lot with these things so I will share a bit of my own personal experience and of course what you can do about it. After going through this blog post you then know what to focus on as soon you feel resistance coming up.
The Issue With The Indigo Warrior and his rebellious fighters spirit.
When you are on your early stages of spiritual awakening you start to look around you and slowly realize that a lot of things don’t make sense. They do not only make sense but they also don’t feel right! Many Indigo Children feel this already as soon as they need to fit in the school system. Indigo Children resist to conform and do things they are told to do.
When I was in primary school I had to do my third grade over. The reason for that was because I resisted the fact to sacrifice my outdoor play time for being indoors. Being indoors doing math, reading, writing, learning languages etc. I was the kind of guy that would stare through the window. Pretty soon I was being labeled as the slow learner.
As soon the pace of doing math went up I became even more rebellious. Long story short but eventually my parents (even my grand farther) had to come to school because I DID NOT longer wish to do math. I persisted that it had to be taken off my schedule once and for all! I was around 4-6 years old. Obviously I didn’t won that battle but they had a pretty tough job to convince me to obey.
Around my age of 12 years old I was ready to leave primary school and move on to high school. My religious primary school put me even a few difficulties back in High School. All because of my “learning difficulties.” My High School period was a very painful and challenging chapter of my life. The reason for that had probably to do with my home situation like the divorce of my parents and such. My anger and frustration of being unable to express myself in a authentic way manifested itself through violence and aggression. Like I even knew what authenticity even meant. Yet I could feel the lack of it.
Leaving High School and entering The College of Shipping & Logistics at the age of 17 gave me some new hope on the horizon. I saw a new bright future ahead because of the interesting talks and lessons from my teachers. My first internship was inspiring. Working for a international shipping company. Communicating with the Far & Middle East and I was just 21 years old.
My second internship however was a bit more disappointing because I gave myself some new expectations and standards which were not met. It was a full 5 months of frustration and forcing myself to show up.
The last internship was even worse. I raised my standards and expectations and decided to look for my own internship in a far away country. I decided to travel to Peru as well for some personal reasons. My intentions were to arrange a full 5 month working abroad for the same shipping company I was working for in my first internship. After having a interesting conversation in the business district of Lima I found out that it would be almost impossible to work for them. I went home disappointing :(.
One my teachers was amazed by my actions and decided to help me. That teacher tried to place me in a company who had send previous students to far away places. Places like Brazil, South Africa and Kuwait. Unfortunately I had only seen their warehouse in the Rotterdam port area. I became even more furious against that company that I almost left and blew my last year of college. luckily I was able to count a few more times to ten and take a deep breath.
Here are just a few personal experiences to prove a point. A point that I will now discuss even further.
The Reason Indigo Children & Indigo Adult Don’t Use Their Indigo Warriors Attitude Correctly…
As you could read I have countless moments were I used my fighters spirit incorrectly. I only used it to FIGHT AGAINST something not to Fight FOR Something. Why?
Simple; I did not knew myself and what I came here to do. I was “asleep” and unaware. Yet I felt at a deeper core level that something wasn’t in align. In align with Myself, Inner Truth, Joy & Purpose. I did not even know about bringing yourself into alignment because I was to busy with fighting to survive.
This pattern of ‘Fighting to Survive” kept going on for another decade after my college years until I went through a massive burn out. I was that far out of alignment that it had to become my mission to get myself back into it.
So what do I mean with getting yourself back into Alignment?
Most Indigo’s (not all) grow up in a pretty harsh environment. Like broken families or what not. Because of this they had to adapt. They also had to become independent on themselves very quickly because of the disappointments in others. Indigo Children had to learn to fight to survive from a very young age. Because of that they had to build a layer of armor around themselves in order to led less pain and disappointment coming in. They learned to suppress their sensitivity. Yet their sensitivity is their greatest gift.
The sensitivity of a Indigo Child is what they need to fight for. This type of sensitivity is needed for us to evolve in consciousness. Right now many of us live in our limited ego-centric and logical mind. With the sensitivity of a Indigo Child / Adult we can learn to move beyond that limitation and look further within and ahead.
The Indigo Warrior can be more identified with the “Warrior of The Light, Love & Truth.” The purpose of the Indigo is to align himself with that statement. Aligning yourself is remembering what your soul already knows but what your mind tries to forget in order to fit in.
How To Overcome Your Own Resistance So You Can Embrace And Accept Your Own Inner Light?
Experiencing resistance against whatever it is that you are currently going through is just a sign or a reminder to look further and within. Resistance is a emotional layer that indicates that there is a itchy splinter in the mind, spirit and soul. What do I mean with a itchy splinter? Think about a thought form, emotional imprint or a energy form that ain’t yours.
As we have walked around this third dimensional planet for EONS (because we are stuck in a incarnation cycle) we have gathered various experiences and memories. Because Indigo’s are such old souls they also have many memories. Their desires is to remember these memories for the evolution of their soul. Some of these memories need to be healed while others can be used to be of service to others.
So whenever you feel some resistance coming up to whatever your external circumstance always ask yourself this; “what is it that my soul or higher self wants to tell me”?
This is the true path of a Indigo Warrior because it takes a lot of courage to go through all the limitations of the human mind. To cleanse the emotional body and archive all the memories of the soul. This is a unexplored and uncharted land. Mapping out this unknown and endless dimension requires a fighters spirit because the mind (or the ego) will do whatever it takes to remain the same.
Sharpening your intuitive senses are like sharpening your Samurai Sword. That’s why I would like to say that the path of The Indigo Warrior is the Path of the Peaceful Warrior. There are many dark sides of the warrior as well which you need to be aware of. I will save that for now but make sure to [clickfunnels_clickpop id=”13he3fjxl36x99af” subdomain=”theunitymind.com”]subscribe to my mailing[/clickfunnels_clickpop] so you can get updates on upcoming posts. How to embrace your path as a Indigo Warrior…
Your soul already made this agreement. Neglecting it will only cause more suffering. Accepting and embracing it will bring you closer to your true purpose (also have a look at The Indigo Adult Purpose). What is essential is to master your own emotions by raising your vibrational frequency. I have made a additional training video that shares my 5 best ways to increase your vibration, connect to the light and your Higher Self plus 2 bonus tips on increasing the frequency of your Light Body. You can watch it right here. You will then start to embrace your path even more as I will share various online masterclasses on taking your spiritual practice to the next level!

Thank you for all of this! We have a 13 y.o. daughter who is *very* warrior like and thinks we do not understand her. I know she’s an Indigo Warrior, and try to be as understanding as I can, but my husband has such a hard time with her, she’s very fighty and challenging. If there are other parents out there that would want to jump on a chat board sometime, that would be awesome. We need some common ground with other parents!
Hi! I think we should connect and you should hire me as your editor/proofer. I can help you make your blog more profitable. : )
