Mindfulness Meditation For Beginners
Mindfulness Meditation For Beginners | Discover The 3 Basics Steps For Your Mindfulness Meditation Practice
What to do first before you get started with your Mindfulness Meditation Practice (Step NR 1).
Bring some more awareness to your environment. The reason many of us struggle with stress and anxiety is because of a stressful and cluttered environment. Busy overcrowded cities, sirens, noise, or even mess in your own room. Create a clear space to meditate. Have a long walk in nature in order to get centered and into a meditative state. Sit still on a chair with your back straight and feet flat on the floor.
Remember this; meditation is not so much what you do or trying to accomplish. It’s more of who you already are and connect more with that. Remembering your True Authentic Self is what I would like to call it.
Step Number 2; The Practice of Self Reflection.
Mindfulness Meditation is not about shutting down your thoughts or entire mind. That’s simply impossible! What’s more important is to bring awareness to your thoughts, feelings and emotions. There is always a reason behind your thoughts, feelings and emotions and that’s how you can become more aware of them. You become more aware of them by simple observing them. Become aware of them, embrace them, accept them or maybe even let go of some if you think, feel and believe they are outdated for you.
Why should you learn to master the practice of self reflection?
What’s important to understand is that everything in this Universe exist out of frequencies and vibrations. So as your thoughts, feelings and emotions. Fear, shame and guilt are for example very low vibrating feelings and create a very contracted experience. Feelings like Love, Joy and Fulfillment are High Vibrating feelings and create a more expansive life experience.
How it works is through the Law of Vibration. What you send out through your thoughts, feelings and emotions is what you get back through the Law of Attraction. This goes of course by your actions and sometimes unconscious habits and behaviors. The purpose of self reflection is to become aware of your actions, habits and behaviors.
Always ask yourself this; “What Was I Thinking That Created This In The First Place.”
Asking yourself that question will help you to take full ownership and responsibility over your thoughts, actions, believes and manifestations. It will help you to dig up certain type of patterns that might not even be yours but were passed on from generation to generations. Or from societal expectations. This is where true healing can take place from just practicing mindfulness meditations.
During your moments of getting your full attention to the present moment, your thoughts, feelings and emotions it’s very important and can be very helpful to also pay attention to your breathing.
Step Number 3; Learn to Visualize and use your Imagination.
You might think that visualization and imagination doesn’t work or is not real because it’s not tangible. But let me tell you this. All creation starts with a vision or a image in our mind. It’s the seed for materializing things. Through your Mindfulness Meditations practice you can improve this process. This is why Mindfulness Meditations is so freaking awesome!
