What To Do About The Coronavirus? Are We Being Manipulated By The Media?
Is there anything we can do about the coronavirus or must we surrender to whatever it is that can happen to us? Can we prevent it? Can we do certain things to improve our immune system? Is there something else going on that the media is not telling us? Therefore we are (partly) manipulated by the media.
In the next video, I just like to share my own personal opinion about the coronavirus outbreak. And also I like to share my point of view regarding a “hidden agenda” that might be the case.
What I think about the coronavirus and a few things you can do about it.
First of all, I would like you to do understand that I am not a health expert, doctor, scientist or anything like that. I am just a truth seeker, empath, creator and sensitive to injustice. I can smell horse shit from miles away because of my personal upbringing where I got exposed to narcissistic behaviors within my family. Cases in the courthouse, child protection schemes and many more things that were “just not right.”
Since 2012 I have been working deeply on myself to create my own personal values, truth, autonomy, authenticity and intrinsic motivation. Something the majority of the people don’t even know these things exist as they go along with defending their identity or “false self.” A socially approved identity based on titles and possessions.
Something that right now gets attacked by this crisis which will cause things I will describe further in the video.

Is The Media Manipulating Or Gaslighting Us, And Why?
Manipulation is telling half the truth or turns the truth around into a lie. Gaslighting is phycological manipulation that eventually also makes you believe you are the person who is wrong.
A simple example of how this works in families is what I described in the video.
How this can turn out into reality is the “dangers” of this virus. This makes us forced to stay at home (freedom of movement taken away) and if we don’t follow these laws we become the villain.
Anyway; So What Exactly Can You Do About The Coronavirus?
For now, I don’t really dive too much into “so-called conspiracies” and try to stay hopeful and optimistic. You can’t really “solve” or cure the virus for now so that’s why it would be better to be safe than sorry.
Tip 1; Health & Nutrition.
I am not a nutritionist but I know there is plenty of tailored advice out there in case you need it. Personally I like to follow the guidelines of the Paleo diet. Lots of fruits, veggies, meat (once a month or 2 months), chicken, fish, nuts and low in carbs such as grains, wheat, etc. Also free of sugars and processed foods. Tip nr 2 is all about boosting your immune system.
Go and enjoy a good workout outdoors. Research bodyweight exercises on YouTube. Go running or go for long walks. Get in touch with nature and the elements!
Tip nr 3; Forest Bathing.
Forest bathing, nature therapy or Shinrin Yoku is a peaceful mindfulness practice where you emerge yourself into a forest. Really slow down and become mindful of your surroundings. There is scientific proof that getting out in nature at least 30 minutes a day can actually boost your immune system. Just Google it ;-).
Tip nr 4; Follow guided meditations.
Becoming mindful of your own energy life force energy by paying attention to the breath can help you to raise your consciousness and awareness. Connect with something that feels much bigger than your “little I must survive identity.” It can make you feel One or United with a force that can feel very energizing or relaxing. Tip nr 5; Give Yourself Some Time To Reflect.
Now most of us are forced to stay at home either because of the virus or for work/economic reasons. It actually might be a good idea to reflect on many things in your life. The work you were doing was that really meaningful to you? Could you say that is your life purpose? What else would you like to explore and experience in your life? More things you can do to prevent getting infected.
- Drinks lots of hot liquid; coffee, tea, soup, hot water with lemon, etc.
- In addition, Take a sip of hot water every 20 minutes.
- Goggle with an antiseptic that is used when having a sore throat. Also vinegar, lemon or salt.
- The virus can attached itself to the clothes and any soap or detergent can remove it. It’s advisable to get a bath when coming from the street. And avoid sitting anywhere when coming from outside. Just go straight to the bathroom or shower.
- If you can’t wash your clothes daily then hang them in direct sunlight which can also neutralize the virus.
- Wash metallic surfaces carefully because the virus can remain viable to up to 9 days.
- Take note and be vigilante about touching handrails, door handles, etc.
- DON’T SMOKE!
- Wash your hands every 20 minutes using any soap that foams and do this for 20 seconds.
- Eat more fruits & veggies and increase your Zinc levels.
- Animals do not spread the virus only humans do.
- Try to avoid getting the common flu because this already weakens your system. And try to avoid eating and drinking cold things.
- If you feel any discomfort in your throat attack it immediately.
This is some information that has been passed on to me by someone who works in a hospital as a doctor in China.
