Unfortunately we Think to much and Feel to little. We are being taught that feeling your own feelings or expressing your emotions is a ‘Bad Thing’ or it’s weak and you have to be Tough in this world. At least that was what I did to survive. From a very young age I completely suppress my emotions to survive. Then in my early 20th I became angry and I wanna to prove my worth through accomplishment, got burned out and depressed once I figured I still couldn’t experience joy, freedom, love and fulfillment. Then I started to struggle with Apathy; like why bother to work hard for something. Once I started to able to tap into my purpose and joy to create for the joy of creating I found a way to be present in inner peace, freedom and (self) love. Now it’s my duty, obligation and responsibility to help other in finding or connecting with their Core Essence. Starting with a 10 minute session of setting our intention. Followed by a 30 minute personalized meditation/transmission. Ending with a 20 minute Distant Reiki Healing session. Total time: 60 Minutes.
